As a Super Admin, you have full access to all candidate data and account settings in Workable. You are typically responsible for managing how the work of recruiting is done and keeping hiring on budget and on time.
First steps for new users

Activate your Workable account

Your HR or recruiting team will notify you when and how you can access Workable. Available options are:
Invitation email
Before logging into your account, a Workable Admin member will probably trigger an invitation email that grants you access to Workable. Follow these steps to sign up for the first time:
- Click on the link in the invitation email
- Enter your first and last name as you would like them to appear in Workable
- Set a password that meets our requirements or select to join using your Google/LinkedIn/Microsoft account
- You will be logged in and taken to the homepage of your Workable account
In the future, you can use the Workable login page to log in to your account.
Auto-join
If your company has auto-join enabled, you may be able to join your Workable account without an invitation. -
SSO
If your company has connected Workable to your single sign-on (SSO) provider, follow the steps here to sign in.

Choose your personal settings and notifications

Setup your profile from: Your Profile
Here you can edit your full name, job title, time zone (this will be used when you attend Workable scheduled events) and upload a profile picture. At the bottom of the page under Credentials, you can connect additional apps (Zoom, LinkedIn, etc).
Adjust your notifications and interview availability under: Your Preferences
By default, all email notifications (except for the 'Candidates' category) and the 'daily candidate report' email will be ON for all users, but you can modify them if needed.

Once you log in to your desktop, you will land on your home page. You can also click the "W" logo to go to this area. As a Super admin, you can view different widgets:
Personal information Get an overview of your personal details. Today Get an overview of all events you will need to attend today (taken from your Agenda). To-dos Get an overview of your pending tasks, such as reviewing offers, taking action on requisitions, or responding to other colleagues' requests, like publishing/unpublishing jobs and more. Jobs Get an overview of the jobs you have visibility on and quickly create a new job or requisition.
Once you log in to the mobile app, you will land on your home page. As a Super admin, you can view different widgets:
To-dos Review your actionable tasks, such as reviewing offers, taking action on requisitions, or responding to other colleagues' requests, like publishing/unpublishing jobs and more. Today See upcoming interviews that you're participating in. Tap an event to see more details and access the candidate's profile. Jobs Get an overview of the jobs you have visibility on. Candidates View a list of new, unread, or recently viewed candidates.

Features for Super admins on desktop Access all account settings Under Settings, you are able to access all account settings. More frequently adjusted settings include:

▶︎ Workflow: Adjust the recruiting pipeline or create multiple pipelines for different types of jobs and manage your candidate custom fields.
▶︎ Templates: Add and edit communication, interview, or e-signature templates.
▶︎ Automated Actions: Enable or edit automations for different jobs or pipeline stages.
▶︎ Referrals portal: Roll out the portal across your company and adjust the referrals settings.Here, you'll also connect integrations, edit departments, set up GDPR automation features, manage your branding, and design a careers page.

View reports & access the Activity Stream You have access to all recruiting reports for all candidates in your account, as well as the Activity Stream, to track actions on active jobs and user activities.
Jobs & requisitions Access the Jobs page Under the Jobs page, you can access the pipelines for the jobs you’re on the hiring team for. You can join any other job if needed.
Create and publish jobs You can create and publish jobs customizing the application form, and the workflow with interview questions, video interviews, assessments, and more.

Create and review requisitions If you use the Hiring Plan, you'll need to create one req for each individual hire you make.
Candidates Access all candidate profiles Click on a step of the recruiting pipeline to access those candidates and review their profiles, resumes, and any interactions/feedback with your team.
Find candidates Explore the 'Find Candidates' tab to increase your job visibility through premium job boards, social campaigns, candidate sourcing, and more.
Filter and screen candidates Use advanced search and filters to find suitable candidates.
Move to a stage & disqualify candidates Move promising candidates to the next stages of the recruiting process and disqualify those who are not a good fit.
Evaluate candidates Assess the candidate by leaving a rating on their profile to share your opinion with other members of the hiring team.
Leave internal comments Add general notes and communicate with coworkers through "@" mentions.
Send an email or event invitation Send emails to candidates (using communication templates) or coordinate interview scheduling.
