If you're just starting to use Workable, it's important to notify colleagues - not only to get them to join your account, but to set expectations about how they'll need to use it.

Outline your roll out process
When you’re ready to announce Workable to your hiring teams, review the steps below.
Decide who you’re inviting
It’s a good rule of thumb to invite anyone who has a role in hiring, even if they aren’t hiring right now. Learn about choosing the right user roles for coworkers.
Review your account setup
The best time to invite coworkers is after you’ve completed initial account setup and created jobs. Refer to the implementation guide from your account manager or to our Getting Started Guide.
Decide how users will join
- Send direct email invites where specific individuals are invited (can be automated in bulk for annual accounts during implementation)
- Share an auto-join link; anyone with an email address at your organization can join
- Grant access through SSO (Premier plan only); users must be added to Workable via your SSO tool

Share the news with your coworkers
To spread the word in the company, send an email to coworkers who will be part of your hiring process, such as various department managers, team leaders, board members and key stakeholders.
Based on how you decided users will join Workable, download and edit the most suitable template from the options below to quickly notify your colleagues. You can also share our short videos to help your colleagues get started with Workable.

Save the templates in a .docx file on your device and edit them if needed.
Note: Users of the Referrals portal can combine the template above with the dedicated one to roll out a referrals portal at the same time while informing their colleagues about switching to Workable.
Check if your colleagues can sign in
Once you’ve let your colleagues know about Workable, confirm if they have accepted their invitations by visiting the Account Members page from the user icon menu at the top right of Workable.
For colleagues invited by email, you can send an invitation again if needed. In the example below, Jim has successfully logged in, while Nick below has not yet accepted the invitation. If you want to resend an invitation to a member, hover over their email and click Resend invitation.
That’s it! Once they are all set, you can build your hiring teams and start hiring!
