You can manage your own email notification preferences from the Your Preferences section of Workable. Click your profile icon in the upper right of Workable and then on Settings to access this section.
Check the box (Email, Mobile or both) for notifications that you wish to receive. You can update these preferences at any time from your desktop or mobile app. It is not possible to update the notification selections for users other than yourself since this is a personal preference.
Note: If you are using the mobile app but the Mobile box is not displayed check that you have given the needed notification permissions for the app.
Depending on your plan and the premium tools your company is using some categories may not appear for you (i.e. requisitions). The 'daily candidate report' email will be on by default for all users. You’ll only receive notifications for candidates you’re following and for jobs if you’re on the hiring team.
If you disable an email notification you will still receive updates in your Workable Inbox.
