Workable's Report Center enhances your hiring process by providing detailed reporting tools. Our pre-build reports offer valuable insights at every stage of recruitment, allowing you to make informed decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
With Workable Recruiting reports, you can track candidate sources, assess job performance, analyze time-to-hire metrics, and pinpoint areas for improvement in your hiring strategy. If you are using our HR features, you will have access to additional reporting options like information about your employees, your headcount, and time off.
Report types
You can see three report categories in your reports dashboard in separate tabs.

Recruiting Reports

Recruiting reports are divided into the following subcategories:
- Operational logs
- Hiring metrics
- Hiring planning
- Candidate sources
- Diversity and compliance
Reports are separated into two conceptual groups:

Status reports (Job pipeline, Candidate details, Activity log)
They show a current and immediate view of your account. For example, the Job Pipeline report shows the number of candidates in each stage of your active jobs. If a candidate is deleted (manually or as part of a GDPR automation), the Status reports will update. -
Historical reports (rest of reports)
They provide details about your process, productivity, and efficiency. For example, the Hiring Velocity report shows the number of days that candidates spend in each step of your process. The data in these reports will not be impacted by automatic GDPR candidate deletion but will be impacted if candidates are manually deleted.

Default payroll report
The Default payroll report is a "template" that payroll managers use to view, filter, and export data (to CSV) for submission to their payroll provider for processing payroll. -
Custom payroll reports
Custom payroll reports enable you to create tailored payroll reports by selecting specific data columns, applying filters, and customizing formatting.

To quickly locate a report you’re interested in, use the search bar on the right side of the dashboard. This search function can find both recruiting reports (standard and saved) and employee management reports (excluding payroll reports), based on your user access rights.
To jump between reports as you work, click the title of any report to reveal a quick link to every report available. As you browse reports using the report picker, any filters you've set on a report will carry over to the next reports you visit.
