Upgrades
Upgrading your current plan is available without the need to cancel your current subscription. The system will handle the transition automatically and perform the needed actions (prorated billing or refund for the remaining days) depending on the transition. An upgrade is considered:
Moving from Standard monthly to Standard annual.
Moving from Standard (monthly or annual) to Premier or Enterprise.
Moving from Premier to Enterprise.
Adding an additional package to your existing plan (Recruiting/HR).
Transition
How to upgrade?
From Standard monthly to Standard annual
* Your existing subscription is canceled, a new one is created, and a refund is issued automatically for unused days.
To transition from Standard monthly to Standard annual:
Click 'Change payment cycle' at the bottom of your Plan details.
For any other transition of this category, just go to Settings > Plan page and upgrade to the new plan.
From Standard (monthly or annual) to Premier or Enterprise
From Premier to Enterprise
Go to Settings > Plan page and upgrade to the new plan.
Add a package
Go to Settings > Plan page, select the additional package, and upgrade your plan.
Downgrades
A downgrade is considered:
Moving from any plan to another lower-tier plan (including downgrading from an annual to a monthly plan).
Removing a package from your existing plan (Recruiting/HR).
Transition
How to downgrade?
From any plan to another lower-tier plan
Downgrading to a lower-tier plan is not possible when the subscription is active. For this reason your account should be either expired or under the free plan. You can follow the below steps:
Downgrade to the free plan (cancel immediately) if your plan is overdue or close to expiring) or cancel renewal as described here.
Then when you are under the free or expired plan, purchase the lower-tier plan of your choice.
Below you can see the detailed implications per downgrade case.
