Where should I start?
We’ve got Getting Started guides and short videos to help you.
I only need Workable for a month.
No problem. With our monthly plan, you can cancel and you’ll still keep your account and candidate info which you can come back to any time. Simply archive your jobs when you’ve wrapped up recruiting.
Can I add extra users?
Yes. On our monthly plan, you can have up to 50 active users. On our annual plans, if you decide to purchase via self-service the price will be calculated based on the number of full-time employees at your company. If you are currently under one of our older annual Plans please contact your Account Manager for further assistance on this. We recommend inviting hiring decision makers and resume reviewers. These users will only see candidates if they are given access to particular jobs.
Why wasn’t my job approved for posting?
We’ll always contact you by email if your job isn’t able to be posted. Refer to your email for specific guidance.
Typically, we review two aspects of your account in order to approve your posts.
- Verification of a credible business presence to prevent fraud. We may request a utility bill or website domain verification to verify that the job opening is legitimate.
- Adherence to job description guidelines listed on the job creation page like ‘no discriminatory language’ and ‘use a singular job title (e.g. Nurse, not Nurses)’.
Additionally, there are some edge cases like multi-level marketing jobs or posts that do not offer direct employment (e.g. job fair ad) which are not able to be approved.
What tools do you integrate with?
Workable integrates with hundreds of job boards and the biggest names and most popular tools in recruiting and HR. If you can’t find the tool you’d like us to integrate with, let us know. We routinely add new partners and may be able to build an integration for you.

Is Workable GDPR compliant?
Yes. Workable provides GDPR features in your account to help you stay in compliance with the candidate data you collect and Workable itself is GDPR compliant. You are responsible for compliance within your account.
Can I hire multiple people for a job?
Yes. There’s no limit on how many candidates you can hire through a single job post.
Can I edit a job after posting?
Yes, changes you make after publishing - like fixing a typo in the description or updating the application form - will sync to everywhere you’ve posted.
Can I post in other languages besides English?
Yes, you can create job posts and communicate with candidates in any language. However, the Workable interface is only available in English and by default some aspects of the candidate experience may not be automatically translated.
Language options, which unlock extra translation options for the entire candidate experience, are available based on your plan.
How am I billed?
Annual accounts have various invoicing options available. Talk to your account manager to determine the best option.
Monthly accounts are billed on a recurring cycle based on the start date of your subscription. The amount is based on the number of active jobs on your account during that month. Archive jobs when you’ve finished recruiting so that you’re no longer billed for those jobs.
