No problem. With our monthly plans, you can cancel anytime and still keep your account and candidate/employee info which you can come back to any time.
- Can I add extra users?

Our monthly Starter plan allows up to 20 active users. If you decide to purchase our Standard or Premier plans via self-service, the price will be calculated based on the number of full-time employees at your company.

- Why wasn’t my job approved for posting?

We’ll always contact you by email if your job isn’t able to be posted. Refer to your email for specific guidance.
Typically, we review two aspects of your account in order to approve your posts.
- Verification of a credible business presence to prevent fraud. We may request additional verification to confirm that the job opening is legitimate.
- Adherence to job description guidelines
Additionally, there are some edge cases like multi-level marketing jobs or posts that do not offer direct employment (e.g. job fair ad) which are not able to be approved.
- What tools do you integrate with?

Workable integrates with hundreds of job boards and the biggest names and most popular tools in recruiting and HR. If you can’t find the tool you’d like us to integrate with, let us know. We routinely add new partners and may be able to build an integration for you.

- Is Workable GDPR compliant?

Yes. Workable provides GDPR features in your account to help you stay in compliance with the candidate data you collect and Workable itself is GDPR compliant. You are responsible for compliance within your account.
- Where is my data stored? / Where are your servers located?

Google and AWS (Amazon Web Services) host our services. Servers are based in the US.
- Can I hire multiple people for a job?

Yes. There’s no limit on how many candidates you can hire through a single job post.
- Can I post in other languages besides English?

Yes, you can create job posts and communicate with candidates in any language. However, the Workable interface is only available in English, and by default, some aspects of the candidate experience may not be automatically translated.
Language options, which unlock extra translation options for the entire candidate experience, are available based on your plan.
- How am I billed?

Annual accounts have various billing options available. Monthly accounts are billed on a recurring cycle based on the start date of the subscription. You can learn more here.
