As an Admin user, click your profile icon in the upper right of Workable and then go to Settings > Plan. Here you can:
- Check and manage your current active jobs
- Check your remaining Search with AI profile views
- Find out when your next payment is due
- Check the premium tools you have already purchased; for example, below I have purchased Workable Assessments and Video Interviews

- In this case, you will need to transition to the monthly Standard plan that offers unlimited active jobs. You can check more details here.
- Can we close a job earlier than our next payment or publish a job in the middle of our billing cycle?

Yes! You have the ability to manage how you allocate your jobs to the two job slots available in your plan. If you decide to close a job earlier than your next payment, one of your job slots will become available for you to use with another job.
- Is it possible to pause the plan for a couple of months if we are not actively hiring?

Yes! The Starter plan is perfect for occasional hiring needs. To pause your plan downgrade to the free plan before your next billing. Candidate data will be kept intact, but it will not be possible to interact with candidate profiles while being under the free plan.
- How does billing work?

The fixed monthly cost of the Starter plan is not dependent on the number of users invited. If you purchase the plan on June 15th, the next charge will be on July 15th. To stop the billing, you need to cancel your subscription. Otherwise, you will be charged even if you don't use your job slots.
- How many users can we invite to our account?

You can invite up to 20 users.
- How do the 200 AI sourcing profile views work? Are they renewed every month?

The 200 AI sourcing profile views are available for the whole account and are renewed every month together with your plan renewal. Before you start utilizing them, make sure you understand how views are consumed.
- We wish to republish some of our old archived jobs. What is the best way to do that?

The best action would be to start fresh and create a brand new job; to save time, you can clone the older job. Any promising candidates from the old jobs can be moved to the new jobs.
- What is the cost of Workable premium tools?
