- Where can I see my next billing and remaining AI recruiter credits?

As an Admin user, click your profile icon in the upper right of Workable and then go to Settings > Plan. Here you can:
- Check and manage your current active jobs
- Check your remaining AI recruiter credits
- Find out when your next payment is due
- Check the premium tools you have already purchased

- No, to add the Workable HR package to your plan, you will need to upgrade to the Standard plan from the Plan page.
- What happens if we need to post more than 2 jobs at a time?
- In this case, you will need to upgrade to the Standard monthly plan that offers unlimited active jobs. You can check more details here.
- Can we close a job earlier than our next payment or publish a job in the middle of our billing cycle?

Yes! You have the ability to manage how you allocate your jobs to the two job slots available in your plan. If you decide to close a job earlier than your next payment, one of your job slots will become available for you to use with another job.
- How many users can we invite to our account?

You can invite up to 20 users.
- How do our AI recruiter credits work?

Your available AI recruiter credits are available for the whole account and are renewed every month, together with your plan renewal. Before you start utilizing them, make sure you understand how credits are consumed.
- We wish to republish some of our old archived jobs. What is the best way to do that?

The best action would be to start fresh and create a brand new job; to save time, you can clone the older job. Any promising candidates from the old jobs can be moved to the new jobs.
- What is the cost of Workable premium tools?

If you have a Starter plan and you wish to purchase premium tools you will need to upgrade to the Standard monthly plan from the Plan page.
- How can we cancel a Starter plan?
- To cancel your plan renewal, follow the instructions here.
Notes:
- Archiving all your active jobs won't cancel your plan automatically.
- If you cancel your Starter plan it can't be repurchased. In this case, you'll need to choose from our current plans.
