As an Admin user, you will have the option to purchase the plan of your choice:
- On the desktop, from the Plan section of the main menu
- On the mobile web, from the Plans & Pricing section of the main menu
Purchasing a plan on desktop
Our Standard plan is designed for consistent hiring and enhanced HR and is available for either a monthly or annual subscription. Depending on the package you choose, the plan features include:
- Assisted account onboarding (only for annual subscriptions)
- Free HR features
Recruiting package
- Core Recruiting features
- Unlimited active jobs and users, sized for your company
- 12,000 AI recruiter credits per year (or 1,000/month for monthly commitment)
HR package
- New hire onboarding portal, including e-signatures
- Document templates with e-signatures
- Time off management
Under the upgrade plan options section, start by selecting the number of employees at your company and the subscription type you prefer from the options below:
- Monthly subscription: pay monthly and cancel anytime
- Annual subscription (20% OFF): pay annually; ❗this is considered an annual commitment, so it won't be possible to cancel your plan along the way
Then, choose one or both of the available packages - Recruiting and HR. You will see the total pricing based on your selections. Once you are ready, click Purchase. You will be redirected to the checkout process to add your company details and choose payment method: card (debit or credit) or direct debit (US only).

- 20,000 AI recruiter credits per year

HR package

- Payroll integrations
Under the upgrade plan options section, select the number of employees at your company and choose one or both of the available packages - Recruiting and HR. The pricing will be calculated based on your selection. The Premier plan is available only as an annual subscription.
Once you are ready, click Purchase. You will be redirected to the checkout process to add your company details and choose payment method; card (debit or credit) or direct debit (US only).
To discuss alternative invoicing options, click the option to "Request a call" (on the right of your Plan page), and one of our sales team members will contact you.
Purchasing a plan on mobile
On the mobile web, click Plans & Pricing on the main menu and select the plan you want, along with any premium tool. You can check the plan features in the previous section.
You will see all Workable plans in different tabs, and your current plan at the bottom of the page.
Next, proceed to checkout, where you will be requested to provide your company and payment details. A summary of your total amount to be paid (including taxes) will appear at the bottom of the page.
Purchasing premium tools
Our premium tools (Video interviews, Texting, and Assessments) can be purchased from your Plan page on an account level by Standard plans (the Premier plan includes all premium tools at no extra cost):
- When purchasing the plan
- At a later point, after purchasing your plan. In this case, the price will be prorated based on the remaining subscription period.
- When upgrading to another plan
Just click the plus icon (+) next to one or more premium tools. The purchase amount will depend on the plan you already have or select. 🔎 Check more on the premium tools pricing here.
If you are currently under one of our legacy plans or you have a manual subscription you will be prompted to select the appropriate company size in a pre-checkout step. - How can I move from a yearly plan to a monthly plan?
Moving from an annual plan to a monthly plan is not possible when your subscription is active.
- How can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

- Can I purchase a plan just for a few weeks?
It is not currently possible to purchase individual jobs for a period shorter than one month. To post a job, you must choose the Standard monthly plan and then cancel your subscription renewal as explained here, so you are charged only for one month.
- How does company size affect my plan?

Your plan cost is based on the company size you select when purchasing.
Company size helps us estimate expected usage, such as the number of active jobs, candidates, and overall activity on the account. Larger companies typically have higher usage, which is reflected in the plan pricing. Each company size tier also includes a maximum number of active job slots.
For example, if you choose the 1 to 20 employees tier, your plan includes up to 20 active jobs at the same time. This approach allows us to offer unlimited hiring features while ensuring consistent performance and support for all customers.
