AI in job creation
In the job editor, you can create an AI-generated personalized job description. The generated text is still editable. When you generate with AI, we look for similar jobs you’ve created in the past and use the data to create content that’s impactful, accurate, and personalized to your company.
Once your job description is generated, you can regenerate, selecting the tone of voice (formal /friendly /engaging) to suit your needs. You can also revert to previous versions of the description or clear all sections.
If needed, regenerate specific sentences by highlighting the text in your job description; you'll have the option to rewrite, make it longer/shorter or change the tone (formal /friendly /engaging).
AI in candidate sourcing
Auto-source passive candidates that match the job's description and location via AI-Recruiter. You can preview candidates to see all the profiles we have selected for the job and only add the ones that match your needs.
While you preview passive candidates, you can see some highlights and descriptions as to why each candidate matched your job.
AI in candidate screening
The Screening Assistant leverages AI technology to facilitate the review and first shortlisting of active and passive candidates at the Sourced and Applied stages of your recruiting pipeline(s). It helps you quickly identify good candidates by providing:
- Short summaries of candidate profiles, with a checklist to show you how well a candidate matches your job’s hard requirements.
- A ranking function based on the AI evaluations to compare and sort candidates.
AI in first outreach emails to passive candidates
Once you add the passive candidates to your pipeline (via manual upload, auto-source, resurface or People Search) and reach out for the first time, you can generate a personalized outreach email with AI.
As soon as the generation process is completed, the content is displayed within the email editor, which consists of the following sections:
- Opening: A greeting that addresses the candidate by their first and last name.
- Recruiter’s Introduction: A brief introduction of the sender, outlining the purpose of the email.
- Job Opportunity: A concise description of the job role and its associated responsibilities.
- Reason for Reaching Out: Explains why the candidate was chosen, highlighting how their skills and experience align with the job opening.
- Benefits: Highlights one or two significant benefits from the available list, if any.
- Call to Action: This encourages candidates to respond if they are interested in the job opportunity.
- Closing: Concludes the email, including the sender's full name.

The Salary Estimator is an AI-driven reporting tool for both recruiters and HR. It leverages data points from the millions of jobs managed through Workable to provide up-to-date salary insights tailored to your specific job requirements.
The Salary estimator identifies the average salary and shows what would be below or above average, enabling you to create competitive salary packages that meet industry standards to attract and retain top talent.
