Workable Assistant is a conversational interface that can:
- Help you with your account setup or answer questions about specific features by providing contextualized responses tailored to your role and where you are in the product.
- Provide suggestions based on all the best practices for using Workable.
- Connect you with the Workable Support team via email.
Ask it questions about features, where to find data, and more. It even knows the basics about you, like whether you’re focused on HR, a Super Admin, or an interviewer.
To access the Workable Assistant, click the question mark icon from your main navigation menu (next to your user icon).
Workable Assistant is a foundational AI technology that Workable’s developers are rapidly building on. It’s learning all the time and not only knows everything about our newest features the day they’re available, but its next updates will improve its knowledge set, adding insights and feedback from power users and Workable’s customer teams.
Additionally, it is an intelligent in-product guide that provides contextual, role-based responses tailored to your current position within the platform. Instead of listing generic steps, it offers precise guidance that helps you take the next best action quickly and confidently.
The Workable Assistant also includes "deep links" that take you directly to the exact section you need - such as Settings, Account Members, or a specific job’s workflow settings.
Development is ongoing, and one of the most significant changes you’ll see in future versions will be making Workable Assistant your semi-autonomous coworker. You will be able to direct it to do self-contained tasks with intern-level autonomy and expert-level accuracy. Imagine using Workable by having a conversation rather than scouring through settings or drafting documents manually.
For example, in the future, have Workable Assistant set up a job post for you with all the settings, application form questions, and interview scorecards arranged by the AI based on how you’ve hired in the past.
