Anyone who can create a requisition or is associated with an existing requisition will see the Ηiring Plan tab in their account. User roles determine which requisitions each member can see:
- Admin members can view all requisitions of the account
- Other members can view requisitions of jobs they are in the hiring team with Hiring Manager or Recruiting Admin roles, as well as requisitions they have created even if not collaborating in the job. The latter will be the case in the below scenarios:
- Recruiting Admin in a department/location creates a requisition for a job of that department/location and selects someone else as the Requisition Owner. In that case, the member creating the requisition is not added to the hiring team but can view the requisition they created
- Hiring Manager in a department/location creates a requisition for a job of that department/location and selects someone else as the Hiring Manager. In that case, the member creating the requisition is not added to the hiring team but can view the requisition they created
