User roles and collaboration rules determine which requisitions each member can see:
- Admin members can view all requisitions of the account.
- Non-admin members can view all requisitions associated with jobs in their assigned department(s)/location(s), given that they also have the permission to view and manage a requisition under the roles and permissions settings. The only exception to this rule is confidential jobs, where non-admin members must be part of the hiring team to view related requisitions.
Important: You may notice differences in the list of visible requisitions between the Hiring Plan reports and the Hiring Plan dashboard.
- In reports, non-admin users see requisitions for jobs where they are part of the hiring team.
- On the Hiring Plan dashboard, requisitions are also visible based on collaboration rules, so users may see additional items even if they’re not on the hiring team.
