Workable offers two options for emailing and scheduling with your candidates. To check them out navigate to Settings > Integrations > Apps by clicking your profile icon on the upper right. You can integrate:
- Your company's Gmail or Microsoft 365 Outlook account or
- Use Workable's standard integration for email and scheduling (if your organization uses Microsoft Exchange or other unsupported email clients)

1 As long as the communication is started in Workable, the messages are synced to the user's inbox and candidate timeline.

FAQs
- Can I connect both Gmail and Microsoft 365?
- No. You will have to pick one or use our Standard integration.
- Can I use a shared or alias mailbox with the Gmail/Microsoft 365 integration?
- No. The integrations don't work properly with this type of mailbox. Always use a single-user primary mailbox.
