If you've sent an offer to a candidate via an e-signature template and something has changed you will need to email the candidate directly to retract the offer or clarify any miscommunication. Below are the steps you need to follow depending on the offer status.
The candidate hasn't accepted the offer yet:
To send a new offer with updated details:
- Start the offer process again by clicking the stamp icon at the top of the user’s profile
- If you wish to use an alternate template click the option 'Change template' at the bottom of the page
After submitting new offer details the updated information will be sent to the candidate and the original offer will be overwritten. The candidate can no longer access the original link to sign the document.
The candidate has accepted the offer:
To send an updated offer or totally cancel an accepted offer (in case the candidate withdrew) you will need to contact our Support team for further help.
