To change the disqualification reasons provided, contact your Implementation Manager or our Support team to address your specific requirements. This option is exclusively available for customers with an annual subscription.
Via the reason customization process, you can:
- Add additional reasons for disqualification and choose their order in the list.
- Remove any reasons (even the default ones) you are not planning to use and don't need to be listed.
- Reorder the reasons for each type (rejected/withdrawn).
Important: One of the default reasons – "Doesn’t have required qualifications" – will continue to be used systematically in cases where candidates are auto-disqualified based on knock-out application questions.
