To update the layout of how information is shown in candidate profiles, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Workflow settings.
- Locate Candidate custom fields > Candidate profile.
- Drag and drop the sections or fields you wish to reorder. In the example below, we want to move the contact details and resume sections to the top of the candidate profiles.
- Once ready, click Save changes.
Important: Answers to application form questions cannot be moved to the top. They will appear in a separate section at the bottom of the Profile tab. To see answers immediately without scrolling, you can collapse the 'Details' section of the profile by clicking .
