Update frequency: Every 4 hours
To access the report, click the Reports page in the navigation bar.
Use the drop-down options to filter the report and specify the desired timeframe. Arrange the data in ascending or descending order by selecting the arrows at the top of each column. Click on the available export options and receive the results in your email within a few moments.
The Referred candidates report will show:
- a list of all the candidates who’ve been referred within the time frame
- the job they’ve been referred for
- the referrer, who is the person who referred them (referrers are usually employees of your company with access to your Referrals portal)
- the candidate’s stage in the pipeline
- whether or not they’ve been disqualified
- the exact time they were referred
The referred candidates report supports filtering with the full set of filters as available in the candidate details report. You can add extra columns with additional fields by clicking the Columns button (you need to hover your mouse wtihin the Referred candidates details table).
