Note: Keep in mind that for each report the date filter may operate differently. Data shown between different reports may not be comparable because the filtering mechanisms differ.

Recruiting reports
Recruiting reports can be filtered by:
- Department (including sub-departments)
- Location
- Job
- Date
You can also generate the report just for the jobs for which you are a member of the hiring team (My jobs), or for all jobs you have access to in your account. These options appear at the top left and right of the report you are viewing.
The date range options have preset timeframes (this week/this month/this year, etc.), and you can also input a custom date range.
It is possible to include or exclude archived jobs and/or Talent Pool.
Talent Pool data will only impact the following reports:
- Candidate sources
- Productivity
- Referrals
- Activity
- Candidate breakdown
Employee Management reports
Employee reports can be filtered by:
- Department (including sub-departments)
- Entity/Location
- Date
Time-off reports can be filtered by:
- Time-off type
- Time-off status
- Department
- Entity/Location
- Date
It is possible to include or exclude inactive employees.
