As an Admin user, you can use the team member filter to refine your reporting data by specific team members/recruiters and, if applicable, by their collaboration role and their requisition roles (if you're using Hiring Plan).
The team member filter is split into multiple filters:
- Job hiring team member: selects jobs where the selected member is collaborating with any role
- Job hiring team [role]: selects jobs where the selected member is collaborating with the specified role
When you choose a specific team member, the job filter will show only the jobs this member collaborates on. This way, you'll see results only for jobs that the selected team member has access to.
If you're using Hiring Plan, you can also filter jobs by a member’s requisition role.
- Job’s requisition hiring manager: Filters jobs linked to requisitions where the selected member is the requisition hiring manager.
- Job’s requisition owner: Filters jobs linked to requisitions where the selected member is the requisition owner.
Notes:
- The team member filters are available to Admin users for all Recruiting reports.
- Selecting multiple team members is not possible.
- To generate a report specifically for the jobs where you are part of the hiring team, click on the 'Job hiring team member' filter, search for your name, and select it from the dropdown.
