Your time zone is auto-detected when joining Workable for the first time based on your browser or IP location. We advise you to align your time zone between your computer, email provider (Gmail or Outlook), and Workable to prevent any issues.
To update your time zone:
- Click your user icon in the upper right, click on Settings, and select Your profile.
- Select your time zone from the dropdown list.
- Once ready, click Save changes.
Your time zone will be used in all the below instances:
- When you schedule events in Workable, or candidates book an event via self-scheduling.
- Timestamps in reports are shown in the user’s time zone.
- Timestamps of items in the candidate profile are shown in the user's time zone.
