Internal jobs are not visible on job boards or career pages, so no application is available online. This means there is no dedicated page or application link you could share with prospective candidates so that they can apply and answer the application questions. Depending on your needs, you could consider the following options:
- If you are looking for potential internal candidates and/or referrals, you should definitely roll out the referrals portal in your organization. All your referral users will see your open roles (published and internal) and will be able to apply or submit their referrals right away.
- If you already hold some candidate details or resumes, you could upload the candidates in bulk or forward the resumes you receive in your email to the job mailbox.
- You could consider enabling speculative applications and direct prospective candidates to submit resumes to your Talent Pool. Then, you could move the candidates that seem a good fit to the appropriate jobs.
