Availability: Accounts with the Workable Assessments premium tool
Key info: Number of sent and engaged-with assessments in a funnel breakdown (for accounts integrated with any assessment provider, not just Workable).

To access the report, click the Reports page in the navigation bar. This report shows an engagement funnel for your Workable Assessments. Learn how to filter the report to customize your data view.
Note: The report includes GDPR deleted candidates.
Assessment status overview table
Sent: The number of assessment invitation emails sent in the timeframe of the report filter. Does not include assessments that are resent to candidates.
Started: The number of candidates who started the assessment or at least one of the assessments (if multiple). If more than one, even if candidates completed some of the assessments (for example two out of four) they will still show up here until they complete them all.
Completed: The number of candidates who completed the assessment(s). The results will appear on candidate timelines in Workable.
Expired: The number of candidates who failed to complete the assessment based on the deadline.
Abandoned: The number of candidates that haven't completed the assessment or neither of the assessments (if multiple) because they timed out. An assessment will time out if the candidate does not interact with it for more than 5 minutes (idle time).
You can view the data table by clicking the 3 dots within the overview table and selecting "View data table".

Within this table, you can view the number of assessments sent per job, along with the type of assessment provider (example: Workable assessments).
