Indeed does not accept a job post from Workable if your company has previously posted directly on Indeed without using Workable. If you have posted on Indeed before using Workable, you will need to contact their team and ask them to set Workable as your primary posting source on their platform. This will ensure that your jobs are not marked as duplicates and do not lose visibility.
According to their policy, Indeed can only assist employers directly. For any inquiries related to your jobs, you will need to contact them. You can reach out to your dedicated Indeed representative, use the contact form here, or log in to your Indeed account and click Need Help? at the top of the page. Provide them with the below explanation to help them assist you promptly:
"I recently added a job through account in Workable (via Job Sync API) , and it's been past the advised amount of time it takes for new jobs to be added to Indeed. I would like to request that a ticket be submitted to Indeed’s Trust and Safety for review for the visibility of my jobs. My company name is [company name]. Here is an example of one of my jobs on Workable: [include link from career page]."
