CezanneHR is a comprehensive, configurable and international HR information suite designed to help organizations connect, engage and manage their people better.
Integrate Workable with CezanneHR to seamlessly export candidate information to your Cezanne account and streamline your human resources management. When you hire a candidate, their details are transferred to CezanneHR as a new employee.
Setting up the integration
In your Workable account:
- Click your profile icon in the upper right, click on Settings and navigate to Integrations
- Locate CezanneHR in the list of HR Information Systems integrations and click on it
- Click Generate Token
- Copy to clipboard the long string of numbers and letters
- Visit the Company Profile section and note down your Workable subdomain
In your CezanneHR account:
- Login as an Admin and choose System Setup
- Click on Integrations and select Workable
- In the next page, click Add new at the bottom left side and enter the below information:
- your Workable subdomain
- the Partner Token you generated and copied
- New Hire Administrator
- New Hire Default Company - Click Save to keep the changes
That's it! The integration is now complete.
Using the integration
Move a candidate in the Hired stage of the recruiting pipeline in Workable and a profile for them will be created in Cezanne HR automatically. The new hire will be pending on Cezanne HR's tasks page.

1 The address in Workable must include at least a street name, or postcode to be configured into CezanneHR's address format.
2 'Hire date' is the day the candidate was moved to the Hired stage of the recruiting pipeline.
3 It must match in both systems in order to be added.
4 The field will be left blank if there is no active Position in CezanneHR that matches.
