As part of Workable’s comprehensive recruiting package, we offer our users (with a Workable account) the option to post free and premium postings to our own job board (Jobs by Workable). It’s a simple step that lets you take advantage of the web traffic to workable.com. Millions of visitors come to our site every month from countries around the globe.
Free posts
When you publish a job, the option to post to our board is automatically enabled as a ‘Free job board'.
Candidates applying to your free posts will appear in the Candidate Sources report under the "Jobs by workable" source.
Featured posts (individual or bundles)
Note: A job should first be published as a free posting to be featured in Jobs by Workable.
To stand out from the competition, you can sponsor any of your jobs to Jobs by Workable by purchasing an individual featured posting or a bundle of featured posts.
Individual featured post
- On the main dashboard in Workable, click the Find Candidates button for the job/s of your choice
- Click on Premium Job Boards tile
- Locate Jobs by Workable, add the posting to the cart and complete the order
Once the purchase is complete, the Jobs by Workable panel will turn green, and the job will remain sponsored for 30 days. Your featured jobs will be tagged as 'Featured' in Jobs by Workable.
The expiration date will be mentioned in the panel, and Admins in the hiring team will be notified via email when it expires. You can stop featuring a posting by clicking the appropriate button.❗Any remaining time will be lost once the posting is stopped.
Bundles of featured posts
You can purchase prepaid credits for featured posts at discounted rates and use them to mark any of your jobs as featured. To request a call from your Workable point of contact regarding featured post bundles:
- Click Get bundles of featured posts under the Premium Job Boards tile (described above)
- Click on the Request a call button, and a Workable specialist will communicate with you directly
- Once a bundle is purchased, you can use the bundle credits to promote any of your jobs in Jobs by Workable
Bundle credits must be used within 1 year of purchase and a valid subscription is required. Once a bundle is purchased, you can see the bundle balance and status or get more featured job posts under Integrations > Apps.
Candidates applying to your featured posts will appear in the Candidate Sources report under the "Jobs by workable premium" source.
Featured companies
You can purchase platinum, gold, or silver tier promotional banner placements on the homepage of Jobs by Workable to increase visibility for your company pages and attract more views and applicants.
You can also choose the country where your banner will be displayed to target candidates in specific regions. The banner displays are currently available in the US, UK, Greece, and Singapore.

Extra features
If your jobs are published to Jobs by Workable (even as free postings), you are eligible for the below two features:
1) Utilize our XML job feed
Utilize our XML job feed and share it with boards/partners we don't integrate to get your jobs and publish them programmatically under their site.
2) Target your jobs to relevant candidates
Job seekers can register their profiles in Jobs by Workable and opt-in to receive weekly job recommendation emails with jobs that match their profile, experience, and education. These automatic emails help you reach relevant candidates and gain more visibility for your jobs/brand.

- I’ve updated my company description, but it still shows as outdated on Jobs by Workable.
- You will need to publish a job (even temporarily) to trigger the description update. Once you do that, the new description will appear in the company section on Jobs by Workable.
