Your company size refers to the total number of employees working for your company and any of its affiliates or subsidiaries. This includes everyone (full-time, part-time, and contractors) regardless of employment type or contract.
Company size determines your Workable plan and pricing tier, ensuring that your subscription accurately reflects your organization’s scale.
The employee bands offer granular ranges between 1-20 up to 1000+ employees. You can check the pricing per employee band on the Workable pricing page.
Updating your company size
If you’re on a free trial:
You can update your company size directly from your Billing information page by selecting a new band under the 'Number of employees' field.
If you’re already on a paid plan:
To ensure your subscription remains accurate, you can't update your number of employees to a lower tier within the product after you purchase a plan. The option will appear greyed out, along with a corresponding message.
