Your company size refers to the total number of employees working for your company and any of its affiliates or subsidiaries. This includes everyone (full-time, part-time, and contractors) regardless of employment type or contract.
Company size determines your Workable plan and pricing tier, ensuring that your subscription accurately reflects your organization’s scale.
The employee bands offer granular ranges between 1-20 up to 1000+ employees. You can check the pricing per employee band on the Workable pricing page.
Updating your company size
If you’re on a free trial or free plan :
You can update your employee band at any time from your Billing Information page. Select the desired band in the Number of employees field and save your changes.
If you’re already on a paid plan:
If you have an active paid subscription, you can update your employee band at any time — including mid-cycle. Moving to a higher band will generate a prorated charge for the remaining days in your current billing cycle, similar to any other upgrade.
To update your employee band, visit your Billing Information page and select a new band from the Number of employees field.
If your employee band has been overridden by Support:
In some cases, our Support team can apply an employee band override to your account. If this applies to you:
- This is only available on active paid subscriptions, not on trial accounts.
- You can update to a higher employee band, but selecting a lower band than the current override is not possible. Contact our Support team if you need to adjust it.
