Integrating with Asendia AI

 

Setting up the integration

In your Workable account:

1. Access your Workable company account settings (by clicking your icon on the top right, then settings, and selecting App Integrations) and generate an API token (named “Asendia AI Connector") with the following scopes: r_account, r_candidates, r_jobs, w_candidates, w_comments
   
   
   
2. Once your access token is generated, you will see a modal with the full token (a long string of random letters and numbers), copy it to your clipboard.

In your Asendia account:

Go to your Asendia integrations page and enter the API key taken from Workable.

 

Configure the Asendia AI interview pipeline

Step 1: Create a new pipeline for Asendia

1. In your Workable account, go to account settings and access the Workflow section, where you will need to edit the job pipelines (e.g., “Recruiting pipeline” or any custom ones).
2. Add a new stage called Asendia AI Interview to the pipeline(s) and make sure its type is 'Interview'. 
3. Place it wherever you want AI-driven assessments to occur.

Step 2: Sync a New Job

1. Create a new job in Workable.
2. This action will notify Asendia AI to pull the job details and mirror them in your Asendia dashboard.

 

Using the Integration

In Workable, add or select a candidate and upload their CV. Move the candidate to the Asendia AI Interview stage.

Asendia AI automatically emails the candidate the secure interview link. The candidate completes the AI-driven interview at their convenience.

Upon completion, Asendia AI pushes the PDF report, score, and summary into the candidate’s Workable activity log. You’ll see:

  • Written Summary
  • Attached PDF under Documents
  • Tag #interview_completed
