Note: We're trialing a new way to show or hide specific activities on the candidate timeline. This pilot program will be available only to a limited number of customers.
Enabling the Pilot
If the Pilot feature isn't already turned on for your account, you can easily enable it by clicking Try now on the banner below.
What will happen when the Pilot is enabled?
When the Pilot is turned on, you can filter the candidate timeline by choosing various filters to narrow down your view of the profile. The following changes will occur:
- The Timeline tab will have the below filters available (some filters may not apply to you, so you might not see them):
- Emails & texts
- Events
- Comments
- Evaluations (including external feedback)
- Video Interviews
- Assessments
- Background checks
- Reference checks
- The Communication, Review, and Comments tabs will be removed.
- The Evaluations subtab (Under the Review tab) will be promoted to a main tab.
- The Offer and Files tabs will remain visible with the same visibility rules.
- The option to import messages from your Gmail/Outlook inbox will appear at the bottom of the Timeline tab.
Using the timeline filters
You can select one or more filters to reload the timeline with filtered content. For example, below we have filtered the timeline to see only activities related to Events and Evaluations. The move to stage activities will always remain visible.
The following activities can't be filtered and won't appear in the filtered view. However, they'll always be visible when you check the Timeline without any filters applied.
- Disqualified / reverted
- Snoozed / unsnoozed
- Creation activities (applied, uploaded, copied)
- Moved from job
- Blocked / unblocked
- Saved / unsaved
Giving feedback and leaving the Pilot
We'd really appreciate it if you could share your thoughts after trying out the timeline filters. Just click on the Pilot pill and then Give feedback.
You can leave the Pilot any time and switch back to the old layout by clicking on the Pilot pill and then Leave the Pilot.
