As an Admin user, you can use the team member filter to refine your reporting data by specific team members/recruiters and, if applicable, by their collaboration role or their requisition roles (if you're using Hiring Plan).
Without Hiring plan
Αll active account members (with recruiting member access) and external recruiters are listed under the dropdown. When you choose a specific team member, the job filter will show only the jobs this member collaborates on. This way, you'll see results only for jobs that the selected team member has access to.
If you want to narrow it down even more, you can filter by collaboration role(s) to see only data for the jobs accessed by that member only with those specific roles (like Hiring Manager, Standard member, etc.).
With Hiring plan
If you're using Hiring Plan, you can filter jobs by a member’s requisition role in addition to their collaboration role. The additional options will be available when selecting members with an account role of recruiting all access (screen 1 below) or recruiting standard access (screen 2 below).
Selecting one or more requisition roles (e.g., Requisition hiring manager & Requisition owner) filters jobs linked to requisitions where the member is the requisition hiring manager or owner, respectively.
Users can filter by both collaboration and requisition roles, with multiple selections treated as OR conditions.
Notes:
- The team member filter is available to Admin users for all Recruiting reports apart from the Hiring plan and Hiring performance reports.
- Selecting multiple team members is not possible. You can only use multi-select for collaboration and requisition roles of specific users.
- To generate a report only for the jobs you are a hiring team member, select yourself from the team member dropdown (your name will appear at the top of the list under "My jobs").
