ZipRecruiter is an online employment marketplace for both employers and job seekers. ZipRecruiter's online job board has served over 110 million job seekers and boasts a database of more than 53 million resumes. Workable offers free and premium postings with ZipRecruiter.
Currently, ZipRecruiter does not offer an integration with their premium accounts, so you won't be able to use your already paid premium slots through Workable. Your options are to:
- Purchase a ZipRecruiter premium posting directly through Workable (under Find Candidates > Premium job boards).
- Insert the job shortlink to each of your direct ZipRecruiter premium postings so that candidates are redirected to your job on your Workable careers page. To do so:
- Click Manage > Edit job under the title of the job in your ZipRecruiter account
- Scroll down to the "Send New Candidates To" section
- Select "A Custom Apply URL" and enter your Workable job shortlink
- Click Save Changes

ZipRecruiter hiring signals
Workable sends hiring signals to ZipRecruiter as candidates (from both free and premium ZipRecruiter postings) progress through your hiring pipeline or when specific actions are taken on their profiles. These signals help ZipRecruiter understand candidate engagement and outcomes.
Each signal is sent only once per candidate, even if the same action occurs multiple times. The table below shows which ZipRecruiter events are sent and the triggers that cause them in Workable.
