If an employee makes a mistake while completing their onboarding tasks (either in their personal information or while completing/signing a document), there is no way to start over the onboarding process or edit the submitted information.
Please follow the below steps:
- Once the employee's start date comes, publish their profile (if you haven't already) and invite them to Workable.
- Once the employee joins your Workable account you should be able to guide them on how to correct the wrong information:
- If there is a mistake in their personal information, share this article on how to edit their employee profile information during employment.
- If there is a mistake in one of the completed/signed documents, request a new e-signature for the document that needs to be completed/signed again. Removing the old document submitted with the wrong information is also advised to prevent duplicates.
