If an employee makes a mistake while completing their onboarding tasks (either in their personal information or while completing/signing a document), there is no way to start over the onboarding process.
Please follow the below steps:
- Publish their employee profile and invite them to Workable (if you haven't already).
- Once the employee joins your Workable account, you should be able to guide them on how to correct the wrong information:
- If their personal information is incorrect, share this article on how to edit their employee profile information during employment.
- If there is a mistake in one of the completed/signed documents, request a new e-signature for the document that needs to be completed/signed again. Removing the old document submitted with the wrong information is also advised to prevent duplicates.
