The most common reasons why one or more requisitions are not appearing in your Hiring Plan dashboard are the following:
- You haven't changed the time filter
In order to view requisitions planned for next year, you will have to switch the time filter to "All Time" (instead of the default "Planned for this year" filter).
For example, in December 2023, you won’t be able to see the requisitions planned for January 2024 unless you set the time filter to ‘All time’.
- The associated job is deleted
If you are still unable to find a requisition, this probably means that it was linked to a draft job that was deleted. When a job is deleted, the associated requisition is deleted as well. Requisitions are hard deleted from our system, so they will be irrecoverable. In this case, you will need to create the requisition again.
Tip: Create your job posting first; you can set the job as used internally until you are ready to start the hiring process. Then, create the requisition and link it to this existing job.
