Since Workable is an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), your jobs on Indeed are classified as Indexed Indeed Apply jobs. This means your eligibility for the badge is tracked through your ATS activity via Disposition Sync, rather than through direct actions on the Indeed platform.
How to get the Responsive Employer Badge
To qualify for the badge, you need an Employer Response Rate higher than 51%. This rate is updated weekly and is based on how many Indeed applications you responded to in the last 30 days. To be eligible, you need to:
- Share Disposition Data with Indeed.
- Update the status of more than 51% of your Indeed applications in Workable within the last 30 days. The statuses that count towards the badge are: Contacted, Interviewed, Offered, Hired, Rejected.
- Have an Indeed account with a claimed source.
