Find and access the candidate's profile in your Workable account.
- Under the "More actions" menu
click Print profile
- You can select what to print from available options: Profile details, Resume, Communication, Evaluations, and Comments.
- Once ready, click Print profile to open the print preview window on your device and complete the process

Different operating systems will also enable you to save the profile or resume as a PDF following the above steps for printing. To save instead of printing, change the destination from a printer to the Save as PDF option.
💡The candidate's resume will appear in a PDF viewer in Workable. You can download or print it by selecting the appropriate icon to the upper right of the viewer.
