Edit a candidate's profile to update their resume, contact details, or other candidate-provided information.
To edit a candidate's information:
- Click the "More actions" menu
in the toolbar at the top of the candidate's profile
- Select Edit candidate; the candidate's profile will enter an edit mode
- Click the pencil icon
next to the section(s) you need to edit (e.g. upload a new copy of the candidate's resume, edit their contact details, edit their source, etc.)
- Add new information to the candidate profile by clicking the + Add button for each field (e.g. add a cover letter file, add social profiles etc.)
- Click Done in the upper right once you've made all changes.
In mobile, you can edit candidate profiles from:
- The profile tab in the candidate profile
- Menu in the candidate profile

- How can I edit a candidate in an archived job?
- The edit option for candidates is not available for archived jobs. To edit a candidate profile, you should unarchive the job. Alternatively, you can move their profile to another job if you're considering them for it.
