Update frequency: Every 4 hours
To access the report, click the Reports page in the navigation bar.
Use the drop-down options to filter the report and specify the desired timeframe. The data is displayed in tabular form. For each segment, from left to right, the icons show:
- The number of applications
- The number of candidates moved forward
- The number of candidates disqualified
- The number of candidates hired
Gender distribution and breakdown
This section shows you the number and percentage of candidates who have selected:
- Male
- Female
- No-identified
Race distribution chart and breakdown
This section shows you the number and percentage of candidates.
- White
- Black or African American
- Asian
- American Indian or Alaskan Native
- Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander
- Two or more Races/Ethnicities
- Hispanic or Latino
- Not-Identified
Disability distribution chart and status breakdown
This section shows you the number and percentage of candidates with a disability:
- Non-Identified
- Disabled individual
- Not disabled individual
Veteran distribution chart and status breakdown
This section shows you the number and percentage of candidates with a veteran status:
- Non-Identified
- Veteran
- Not veteran
Exporting the EEO report

You can download the report in CSV by clicking the Download option on the top right (or click the arrow facing down for PDF)
Notes:
- Veteran and disability status applies only to federal contractors if you have enabled the 'OFCCP section in survey' under the Compliance page.
- In addition to the common Job filters, Candidate source, Candidate source category and candidate type are available as filters.
