Key info: Number of candidates who reach and move through each stage in the pipeline (Talent pool candidates are not considered)

Update frequency: Every 1,5 hours
To access the report, click the Reports page in the navigation bar.
Use the Add filter option to apply any desired filters (candidate creation date, job status etc). Talent pool candidates are not considered in this report.

The bar chart shows the number of candidates that reached the stage
There are 3 colors for each bar, representing the following:
- Advanced (moved forward)
- Disqualified
- Pending review
Tabular data
A detailed table outlining all the information is located directly below the bar chart. Alongside candidate counts, the table shows conversion percentages in two dedicated columns to help you assess pipeline efficiency at each stage:
- Total candidates: shows what percentage of total new candidates reached each stage. For example, if 3 out of 9 new candidates reached the Interview stage, the Interview row shows a conversion of 33%.
- Advanced candidates: shows what percentage of candidates at that stage were moved forward. For example, if 2 out of 3 Interview candidates advanced, the row shows 67%.
Percentages are rounded to the nearest whole number.
