Reports that display data by stage can now be viewed using either the reporting pipeline or the job pipeline. You can switch between the two directly at the widget level on supported reports.
Applicable reports
The pipeline selector is available on the following reports:
- Disqualifications
- Job Pipeline
- Hiring Funnel
- Hiring Velocity
- Candidate Surveys (all types)
- Compliance (EEO)
How the selector works
The pipeline selector appears at the widget level. Select either the reporting pipeline or the job pipeline to change how stage data is displayed for that widget.
Keep in mind:
- The selector is only visible if your account has more than one pipeline configured — single-pipeline accounts are not affected.
- If the jobs you have selected don't share a common job pipeline, the widget will prompt you to switch back to the reporting pipeline.
- In custom reports, your pipeline selection is saved per widget.
- Pre-built reports default to the reporting pipeline.
When to use each pipeline
The reporting pipeline gives a consistent view across jobs and pipelines — useful for cross-role analysis.
The job pipeline reflects how a specific role was actually structured, which is more meaningful when a hiring manager or recruiter is reviewing a single job's progress.
