To access the report, click the Reports page in the navigation bar.
- Use the drop-down options to filter the report and specify the desired timeframe.
- Click on Columns (which can be found by hovering your mouse within the candidate details table on the right side) to choose any additional column you want to include in the report. Tick as many as you want to see and reorder the options by clicking the small lines next to each checkbox to drag and drop. The table will update as you make your selections. You will need to scroll right to see all data.
- Data options include custom fields to be seen and exported via this report. Custom field answers will appear in separate columns.
You can export the report by clicking on Download CSV. You will receive it by email within a few moments.
Tip: The CSV export will display multiple candidate tags and application form question answers within the same column. For better manipulation, you can split them out into separate columns by using the '|' character as the splitting character. Instructions on how to do this:

FAQs
- Does the Candidate details report include disqualified candidates?

Yes! To identify disqualified candidates, ensure that you select 'Disqualified' under Columns; candidates who have been disqualified will be displayed with the value 'Yes'.
There is also a dedicated report for Disqualifications.
- Does the Candidate details report include resumes or files when exported?
No. Files or resumes are not included in the Candidate details report export. You can obtain resume files only via a full data export. Please note that a full data export will include all the information from your account, and it is not possible to selectively export only the resumes.
