By default, all email notifications (except for the 'Candidates' category) and the 'daily candidate report' email will be ON for all users. Your default Slack notifications (if the integration with Slack is enabled) will be determined by your Email notifications.
Note that:
- You’ll only receive notifications for candidates you’re following and for jobs if you’re on the hiring team
- It is not possible to update the notification selections for users other than yourself since this is a personal preference
On the desktop, you can manage your own email notification preferences from the Your Preferences section of Workable. Click your profile icon in the upper right of Workable and then on Settings to access this section.
Uncheck the box (Email, Mobile, Slack) for notifications you don't wish to receive.
Note: If you are using the mobile app but the Mobile box is not displayed, check that you have given the needed notification permissions for the app.
Depending on your plan, package(s), and the premium tools your company is using, some categories (e.g., requisitions) may not appear for you.
If you disable an email notification, you will still receive updates in your Workable Inbox.
