Yes. Text message templates are available for the following automated actions:
- Thank you message
- Disqualification message
- Message template (when a candidate moves to a specific stage)
- Self-schedule
In this example, we're completing a "Thank you message" automation.
- Select the job or department for which this automation should trigger.
- Select the text message template to be sent. Learn how to set up templates for text messages.
- Choose the sender; Available options include Admins, as well as the Hiring Managers and Recruiters for the selected jobs.
- Set the timing for when the text message will be sent automatically.
Notes:
1. No-reply automations cannot be set up for text messages.
2. Candidates won't receive text messages if they haven't provided a phone number orgiven consent to receive text messages.
3. If you haven't set up at least one text automation before converting to a paid plan, then you are not eligible for Texting automations unless you purchase the Texting Add-on.
