Integrating with Join.com

JOIN’s recruiting software makes accessing the best job advertising sites for your open roles a quick and easy process, and makes multiposting possible with just one click. Jobs and applications are even easier to manage! 

When Workable and Join.com are integrated, you can:

• Sync Workable jobs to Join.com
• Export candidates from Join.com to Workable

 

Setting up the integration

You must be a Workable admin to connect Workable and Join.com. 

In your Join.com account: 

• Navigate to Company settings > Integrations
• Choose Workable in the overview and click Connect Workable. If the authentication was successful you will see a green sign.

That's it! The JOIN.com team will enable the integration within one working day and will notify you once the synchronization is up and running. 

 

Using the integration

Job synchronization

Join.com will automatically create, update, and archive jobs based on the jobs posted in Workable. This means that you will only need to maintain jobs in Workable and not replicate them manually in Join.com. 

Job data imported to Join.com: 

• Shortcode
• URL
• Title
• Description
• Employment type 
• Function
• City 

Jobs are synchronized every 30 minutes. 

 

Candidate synchronisation

Join.com will forward to Workable all applications received for your job posts. Use Workable to manage candidate applications without having to log in to Join.com.  

Candidate data exported to Workable are:

• Name
• Email
• Phone number
• Cover letter
• Resume

Exported candidates will show up under the Applied stage of the job in your Workable pipeline and their source will be listed as:

• JOIN - [job board name]: in case they applied through a job board
• JOIN: in case they applied on JOIN directly 

Candidates are synchronized every 15 minutes.
