Referrals auto-join enables anyone with an email address that matches your company name and web address to join your Referrals website automatically without needing a manual invitation. Contact us to add more domains to the "allow" list for referrals auto-join.
Enabling auto-join for Referrals
- Click your user icon, then go to Settings > Referrals.
- Enable the auto-join switch. Now, you can copy your referrals portal link and share it with your colleagues. Learn how to roll out Referrals at your organization.
Switching auto-join ON will allow anyone with an email address that matches your company's web address to join your Referrals website. In this example, anyone with an "@groovetech.com" address will be able to join referrals automatically.
If your company's web address is incorrect, you can update it in the Company Profile section of your account by editing the Website field.
How to join Referrals with auto-join enabled
First, navigate to your organization's Referrals site. The site's address will look like: https://[companyname].workable.com/referrals

You are a member of your company's main Workable account
In this case, Referrals will use the same sign-in credentials. Simply sign in as you would do for your main account (credentials, Google sign-in, etc).

You are not a member of your company's main Workable account
In this case, click Sign Up and use your work email address to join, e.g., 'name@yourcompany.com'. You won't be able to auto-join with a personal email address.
