Pending invitations will appear on the Account Members page by setting the filter (under the Invite member button) to 'Pending invitations'. Then you can go to the three dots for the pending invitation in question and select the "Resend invitation" option.
If the invitation is old or the link has expired, you will need to cancel the pending invitation and send a new one.
