If you're recruiting at multiple companies, you can access them all with one set of login information by registering with the same email address. To switch between accounts:
- Navigate to the user icon menu on the upper right.
- Select Switch company and choose the company you wish to access.
Troubleshooting: switch company keeps reverting
If Switch company is not working and keeps reverting to the same account, this is usually caused by a membership sync issue. A Super Admin of the account can resolve it by following these steps:
- Go to Settings > Account Members.
- Find the affected user and remove them from the account by selecting 'Delete member' under the three dots menu.
- Restore the member - to locate inactive members make sure you filter with 'All members' in the upper right.
This refreshes the user's membership and resolves the issue.
