Integrating with Trusty

Trusty turns referrals into an easy, 100% automated, and fully integrated process. A collaborative tool engaging all your employees, multiplying your referrals, and easing the evolution of your top performers.

When you connect your Trusty and Workable accounts, you’ll be able to:

• Synchronize with all published jobs from Workable and display them on Trusty's platform. Every time you publish a new job in Workable this will be automatically published on Trusty. This sync works only one way (from Workable to Trusty) and runs once a day during the night.
• Send every referral from your employees automatically to the right job in Workable
• Track all referrals automatically throughout your recruitment process in Workable to notify referrers and let them know how their candidates are doing

 

Setting up the integration

Sign in to your Trusty Admin platform, and follow the steps below:

• Go to the Set up page and scroll towards Integrations
• Locate the Workable integration and click on Connect
• Copy the URL for your Workable's careers page, and paste it in Trusty. Next click on Validate
  

Now you are on the Trusty & Workable integration page and below are the next steps:

• Click on Connect
  
• Confirm Trusty's integration to your Workable account by clicking Allow access
  
  

Last but not least, set up your preferences for the integration on Trusty's Admin platform. You can:

• Choose a specific recruitment stage where referred candidates should be uploaded. Typically, the process starts from the Sourced stage but you are free to choose another one.
• Choose a Workable Admin in charge of Trusty's integration for all referrals. This member will be associated with every modification made by the integration (add a comment, move to another stage, etc.) 

 

Using the integration

Trusty will send every referral from your employees automatically to the right job in Workable. Referrals are automatically assigned to the stage of your choice, with the following information being imported depending on your custom referral process: 

• First name
• Last name
• Email
• Phone Number 
• Linkedin Url
• Resume
• Feedback with comments from the referrer and/or the candidate

The candidate’s ‘source’ will be listed as “hellotrusty.io”.

The tag #referral will be added to the candidate for easy sorting in your candidate database.
