Resetting your password
To reset your referrals portal password if you forgot it:
- Navigate to your organization's referral portal. The site's address is shared with you by your HR team and it looks like this: https://[companyname].workable.com/referrals.
- Enter your work email in the field and click Sign in with Password; ❗make sure it is the email address you used when you signed up for your Referrals account or the one you have been using to sign in if you changed it since creating your referrals account.
- Right below the sign-in form, click on the Forgot your password? link.
- Enter your work email again and hit the Reset password button to receive an email enabling you to set a new password.
Updating your password
If you are already logged in and want to update your password:
- While logged in, click your user icon in the upper right corner of Referrals and click Personal profile.
- At the bottom of the Personal Profile page, locate the Credentials section.
- Click Update your password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter the new password in both fields to confirm it.
- Save your changes.
That's it! You can now log in with your new password.
