Workable - which powers your referral portal - can assist with technical issues, but cannot comment on your organization's referral policies, such as duplicate candidate submission or rewards.
You can monitor its progress and your eligibility for rewards in the referral portal. After submitting a referral, click Referrals in the toolbar to get started.
