Active Workable accounts under our Starter and Standard plans are able to access premium tools (Workable Texting, Video Interviews and Assessments) in a limited capacity. The Premier plan includes all premium tools at no extra cost!

Premium tool setup
Video interviews and assessments can be set up via the job editor:
- Edit the job and go to the Workflow tab
- Click the stage where you want to send a video interview or assessment
- Select Workable Video Interviews or Assessments
- Create the video interview or select the specific assessments
When candidates are in the selected stage, a button will appear to send the video interview/assessment to the candidate.
The number of remaining sends will appear next to the button and will count down by 1 for each video interview or assessment invitation sent to the candidate.
Note: Resending a video interview/assessment after it expires will count as an additional invitation. Canceling and resending an invitation will not consume a new invitation.
Text conversations can be started from a candidate's profile. The candidate must have a phone number saved to their profile for the option to appear. You're able to send and receive as many texts as needed with a limited amount of candidates.
