Active Workable accounts are able to access Workable Texting, Video Interviews and Assessments in a limited capacity. Send video interviews, assessments and hold text conversations with candidates.

Video interviews and assessments can be set up via the job editor.
- Edit the job and go to the Workflow tab
- Click the stage where you want to send a video interview or assessment
- Select Workable Video Interviews or Assessments
- Create the video interview or select the specific assessments
When candidates are in the selected stage, a button will appear to send the video interview/assessment to the candidate.
The number of remaining sends will appear next to the button and will count down by 1 for each video interview or assessment invitation sent to the candidate.
Note: Resending a video interview/assessment after it expired will count as an additional invitation. Canceling and resending an invitation will not consume a new invitation.
Text conversations can be started from a candidate's profile. The candidate must have a phone number saved to their profile for the option to appear. You're able to send and receive as many texts as needed with a limited amount of candidates.
For annual accounts, contact your account manager or success specialist to learn more about full access to video interviews, assessments, or texting.
For Pay As You Go accounts, purchase further access to these tools after consuming the available free uses. A message will appear with an option to purchase more feature usage for the job.
